Protected Geographical Indication Attica

Oenotria Land
Cabernet Sauvignon – Agiorgitiko – BIO

Agiorgitiko softens the intensity of the Cabernet Sauvignon but leaves intact its basic characteristics as they are expressed through the influence of the Attica terroir.

Vintage

2021

Varietal Composition

Cabernet Sauvignon 90%, Agiorgitiko 10%

Alcohol

14.5% Vol.

Dense, deep red.

Concentrated, multilayered presence, dominated by the aromas of black fruit, vanilla, toasted bread, chocolate and spices.

Fleshy, well structured with firm but elegant tannins and abundant ripe fruit. Warm and generous, it retains an enviable balance completed by the long, spice finish.

Loves red meat and especially lamb in almost all its versions. Try it also with slow cooked beef, steak and roast duck.

It will continue to evolve for at least 15-20 years after the harvest year.

Grapes for certified organic vineyards. Ages for 18 months in French oak barrels 50% new. It is unfiltered so there may be sediment in the bottled. Decanting is recommended.

– 0.75 lt. Bottles

– 1.5 lt Magnums
