From three vineyards of our estate in Adriani with old vines we select the grapes to create the three varietal wines of this “family”, available in limited quantities.
The character of our wines is also shaped by their long stay in french oak barrels. Depending on the wine maturation may last from 18 to 24 months in 225 liter barrel which may be partially or entirely new.
