A short stay in oak barrels increases the concentration and aromatic intensity of this balsamic vinegar, produced from the grapes of our private vineyards.

ACIDITY

6%

 Red-brown with medium concentration.

Pleasant aromas of sour fruit jam meet the “nerve” of the vinegar.

 Soursweet, medium body, lively with a caramel finish.

Affordable luxury which can add to the taste of many everyday dishes. Caramelize onions, dress lentils, use a few drops on fried fresh anchovies just to name a few.

Ages for 12 months in 225lt oak barrels.

– 250 ml, 2 l and 4 l bottles.
